Single-component Rosewood LB-602 Adhesive is an environmentally friendly, single-component adhesive made from polyurethane that cures upon exposure to air. It not only features high bonding strength, good weather resistance, excellent water resistance, high flexibility, and ease of use, but is also safe, eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free, odorless, and convenient. It is mainly used for bonding various types of rosewood and is an ideal glue for joining rosewood and other hardwoods.
Performance Characteristics
Strong Adhesion: Destructive tests show that it completely tears African rosewood, demonstrating excellent adhesion and surface bonding. It is resistant to chemicals, aging, hydrolysis, low temperatures, and water boiling tests, with boil resistance exceeding 6 hours.

Instructions for Use
When using, apply the adhesive to the contact surface and press together after 5-10 minutes. For rosewood bonding, the working time of the adhesive film is 10-12 hours (the time during which the bonded piece can be processed), and the maximum bonding strength is reached after 24 hours (destructive tests can be performed). The maximum bonding time depends on the local climate: high temperatures and high humidity can shorten curing time; in winter, with low temperatures and dry weather, the working environment humidity can be appropriately increased if possible.
During use, minor bubbles may appear, which is normal and does not affect performance. After opening, the adhesive should be tightly sealed and used up as soon as possible to maintain performance.
Note: Keep air circulation while applying, avoid open flames, keep out of reach of children, and store in a sealed container at room temperature.
