Polyurethane flexible foam refers to soft polyurethane foam, which is a soft, elastic-type polyurethane foam. It is the most widely used type of polyurethane product.
Polyurethane flexible foam is mostly open-cell, with low density, good elasticity, sound absorption, breathability, and thermal insulation properties. It is mainly used as cushioning in furniture, mattresses, and seats in transportation vehicles. In both industrial and civilian applications, flexible foam is also used as filtration material, soundproof material, shock-absorbing material, decorative material, packaging material, and thermal insulation material.
- Cushioning — such as in seats, sofas, mattresses, etc., polyurethane flexible foam is an ideal cushioning material and represents the largest application field for flexible foam;
